C3PH’s COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN PRIORITIES:
C3PH, with the help of the Public Health Advisory Council Leadership Team, identifies regional public health priorities based on assessments of community health and encourages the implementation of evidence-based programs, practices and policies to advance the coordination of services among community partners and promotion of community engagement on public health issues. C3PH welcomes volunteers to participate in the following CHIP priorities:
